You just have to set your Mind. Example: What if someone would offer you a million dollars in exchange for a 10 pounds weight loss over the next month? Would you need to learn anything about diets or exercise or would you be able to do it “cold turkey”? Would you be able to sustain your new weight for a year if you were promised a million dollars every month? What about for ten years? The lesson is – luck of motivation is one of the reasons we don’t take care of our weight. How much money would someone pay to prevent a devastating stroke that he knows will happen unless the weight is managed right? Human Brain likes to focus its attention on the immediate tiny pleasures while disregarding the remote immense benefits. The good news is – you can do it, you can freely focus your attention on whatever you chose to. The most important question in my life is: what should I pay attention to, what should I think about at this very moment? Think about that… Should I think how to find a 5 dollars discount for a meal or should I think how to move my stocks and make few hundred dollars? Examples are endless… my life essentially is just a collection of my thoughts… and no one had ever trained me how to manage my thoughts and how to be in charge of my life… what about you?
