Did you ever look at your own thoughts about your weight loss efforts as a negotiations between your logical efforts and your Body? Is it like – logical conscious efforts versus at times uncontrollable food cravings. So – we have – You (the one that observes it), your Body (the one that often misbehaves when it comes to food in this particular scenario), and your Mind (the logical “part” that does kind of “thinking”). So, the most important question is, at the end – who is in charge?! My personal answer is – the Body. My solution is – we need to learn how to Train the Body to behave the way we want it to to behave
