You eat something. How does your Body decide – should it be burnt for energy, should it be used to build the muscles or, should it be saved as fat? Food doesn’t decide such matters. Stomach doesn’t. Do you think muscles have something to say here? I think we have a whole mechanism, a system that coordinates it. Our body is not a mechanical device that uses overflow of energy to be deposited as fat… I think neurological and endocrine systems are responsible for that… can we hack into theses systems and get them do what we want them to do?
