No Diet. When we are not “on a diet” – we eat what we want and as much as we want. We might be mistakenly under the impression that in such way our eating habits are sporadic, fluent and free. No, it is not so. Our appetite, food selections, satiety are all under the strict control of our subconscious mentality, some people would call it our Body. 

If you are overweight or obese – it means that your subconscious mind, your Body control of the appetite/satiety and food selection is out of order.

“On a diet” means eating what you want logically, in the quantities that your logic considers correct. In other words – “diet” = suffering for most humans. Which makes “weight loss” = “diet” = “suffering”. “On a diet” = “in a fight with your own Body”.

“On a diet” temporary overrules our Body by our Logic and willpower… These sufferings sooner or later always end. The Body is liberated to do what it likes, and the diet “fail”.

The most important question is – can we fix what our Body wants in terms of appetite/satiety and food selection? This is the ultimate solution and fix of the overweight/obesity problem. and this happens to be a goal of my blog.
