Intuitions are mysterious urges that arrive within us and pompt us for one or another decision, one or another action. Intuitions appear to control our appetite as well. The latest psychological studies indicate that we use two systems when it comes to the evaluation of any problems. They called system 1 and system 2. System 1 is our subconscious, immediate evaluation of anything that we face. This fast evaluation is actually what we would call the intuition as well. Over 90 % of our decisions are made on this subconscious intuitive level. And then, some of those subconscious immediate decisions reach our consciousness and being logically consciously evaluated by our system 2 – slow, conscious, logical and detailed. The interesting detail is that despite of our best logical efforts, our subconscious illogical impulses prevail most of the time.
