Our mind influences our brain. Our brain changes our Body via either a direct innervation or indirectly via control of the endocrine system… It’s just kind of strange that we can not give direct instructions to our Body – like lower your blood pressure, or – get slimmer, or – raise your heart rate. But if you bring imagined peaceful situation in your Mind – your blood pressure and heart rate will go slower. Are there any images or situations that we can generate in our Mind that can predictably make us slimmer?
