Eat when you want, what you want and as much as you want and have a healthy weight. Does it sound like an unachievable and unrealistic idea. The keys to a healthy weight are in healthy satiety and appetite. Eating depends on: food, person and a process of eating. This section is dedicated to the art of eating. Eating obvious goal is understandable – get a nutrition and calories inside of our bodies. But there is also a very important aspect of eating – satisfaction. Doesn’t it sound so close to a satiety? How can you eat more than your body needs without your brain and mind protesting against it? Very simple – completely ignore the process of eating by focusing your attention on something else – watch TV, think about your job, worry about your past or future – do anything except of concentrating your attention on food. Look – many restaurants now have small TVs/monitors on their tables – play games, watch adds, just do not think about what you are supposed to think in the restaurant – do not think about eating.
