One of the malicious ways our Mind can support our overeating habits is “the right to eat”. The typical scenarios are:

  • I am not hungry but I exercised for few hours, now I deserve a treat
  • It is the only opportunity to have this delicious food… so I have the right to have it now
  • I have already screwed everything from healthy eating prospective over the last hours/days or whatever and now it’s all screwed and I have the right just to enjoy it

How can we contradict such excuses? Step number one is to identify them…
