Good sugars are different from bad in their structure – they are comprised of long chain carbohydrates connected with fibers. They also usually rich in many vitamins and essential microelements. When we consume good sugars, they are absorbed in the bloodstream slowly, preventing big insulin spikes and providing a reasonable satiety.
